There are 100 Gold Skulltulas in the game. Shoot and kill them to get Gold Skulltula Tokens. Gold Skulltulas are a rare breed of Skulltula. Attack it when its "soft belly" is exposed hitting its hard shell only causes it to swing from side-to-side. This Skulltula drops down suddenly, and makes a quick spin attack if you are too close. Inside the Deku Tree, Forest Temple, Shadow Temple When it is getting ready to attack you, it'll turn purple. It will knock you off the walls as you climb if it touches you. This small spider-like creature resides on the walls. Inside the Deku Tree, Death Mountain, Forest Temple However, if it is caught, it will often offer information. If left alone, it will eventually return to its hole. Reflecting a Deku Nut back to the Deku Scrub will cause it to jump out of its hole. This creature pops up out of the ground and shoots Deku Nuts at you. It will hide in the grass if you get close to it. Killing it in this stunned position will yield a Deku Stick. Killing it while it is not attacking will yield a Deku Nut, whereas attacking it in its extended position will stun it. Unlike the withered variety, this plant has a limited reach of attack. Cut it quickly to get a Deku Stick!Ī stationary plant that will bite you if you're not careful. Hit it when it lunges at you, and it will stand upright. In the Kokiri Village area, these plants are only found in the pathway leading to the Great Deku Tree. A single blow will kill it, leaving a Deku Stick if it is killed. This plant poses little threat and can only move its head circularly to attack. Though it looks withered, it will hurt you if you touch it.
